There is no cost for our initial evaluation. Afterwards we report back to you with our findings; past and or recent selling prices and our estimated value, current demand/popularity, various cost, fees, expenses and options, etc. Then if we agree we then make an appointment to come to you or where the items are located; your home, business, storage, wherever to get more detailed information, take photographs, etc. Please have all the relevant information you can such as: titles, appraisals, receipts, original boxing, paperwork, manuals, history, list/inventory, anything you have that may help and have things in the condition you want them to be sold in, cleaning and repair work is a service we can offer but of course is an additional cost. We normally prefer to leave the items in the owner's possession until we have a buyer and received a fully verified payment. We can make arrangements if necessary for pickup, relocation, delivery, storage, security, etc. but this is an additional expense as well. Also, you do understand that once we have an agreement that the item/s have to remain available for immediate pickup and shipment during a pre-agreed upon selling period and cannot be sold off to some family member, friend or otherwise who happens to come along. This would violate an important EBay policy of offering something for sale and then not following through seriously jeopardizes our 100% positive satisfaction rating on our accounts that we work very hard at maintaining.
In many cases we have no up front charge at all. For example if the item/s requires only basic research, appears to be a reasonably quick sale & demand, needs no cleaning or repair, not a special category item, i.e. vehicle/commercial machinery and the customer does not requires a reserve or minimum price. Otherwise the posting of an item is $25 and up depending on a variety of factors, see below, in addition to a percentage of the final selling price charged after the sale and deducted at that time. The percentage can be as low as 5% or as much as 50%, also dependent on a variety of factors but all fees are presented, discussed and agreed upon ahead of time before any fee is incurred.

Type of item: Automobiles, boats, motorcycles, RV's, homes, land, commercial machinery and other such items have higher listing fees than more basic household items.
Value of the item: The higher the value of the item the lower the percentage final value fee unless an agreement is reached to post for a set price.
The number of items: Volume in some cases, especially similar or identical items can reduce the per item cost and expense.
Reserve or Minimum Price: EBay charges additional for this as well as we may to assure compensation for our time and a realistic chance of having a successful sale.
Research Time: Some items can be looked up quickly and easily other can take hours or even days.
Appraisals and C.O.A's: Appraisals and Certificates of Authenticity have value have to be provided by professional and reputable people or businesses for them to be considered valid.
Cleaning or Repairs: These services are generally available but are additional and vary in cost.
Amount of exposure: Prime time TV or radio advertising is more expensive than late night on some obscure channel, EBay has similar options.
Packaging & Shipping: This cost is past onto the buyer but an accurate estimate is necessary, does require time and planning and is a key and final step in completing a successful transaction.
These factors and others affect our actual cost, the amount time and effort involved and is part of the detailed evaluation we perform before we quote for our services.
