Due to the uncertainties of shipping out of the USA including potential unknown taxes & duty charges we will package and prepare for shipment the item being purchased but we require you to use your own account with a shipper such as UPS, Federal Express, DHL, etc. and you simply issue a "Call Pick-up" order with them for the item. This would be considered a direct customer pick-up arrangement and our responsibility for loss, damage, theft, not delivered to the correct address, taxes & duties, etc. ends when the item is given to and signed for by the shipper you have sent.
If you do not have an account open with a shipper already you can easily open one in a matter of minutes via phone or internet using your existing bank or credit card. Once opened you place an order for pick-up, contact us for the pickup location and simply fax or email us a shipping label that we will place on the package. Our only fee in these cases, in addition the cost of the item itself will be a nominal packaging charge dependant on the items size, weight, delicacy, etc.
